翟德泉,小名羊子,又名高阳子,河北高阳人。自幼在严父指导下学柳体,青年时期开始喜爱毛泽东书体。六十年代初即潜心临摹“向雷锋同志学习”“南开大学”及后来的毛体墨迹。嗣后,临习毛体书法成为业余爱好,收藏了大量毛体书法书帖及相关书籍,因工作繁忙环境变化大,主要形式是读帖。2007年参加首届全国毛体书法大赛,先后获百佳、三十佳、十佳称号。现为中国毛体书法家协会副主席,香港中华艺术家协会荣誉会长,国际名人百科会员,外交部书协会员。荣获第六届“盛世中华杯”金奖,被授予“中华书画艺术精英”称号。中国当代知名“五老”典范公益工程授予“慈善大使”称号。创作的《国歌》在全国4500名各体书家大赛中入围最高奖,被授予“民族艺术先锋”称号。纪念建党90周年和辛亥革命100周年全国书法大赛中获金奖,被授予 “中华德艺双馨艺术家”被联展和邀请展授予“中华艺术终身成就奖”。夕阳红·海峡两岸名家名作展获金奖并赴港台交流书法并 被授予“海峡两岸文化大使”称号等。

Zhai Dequan, nicknamed Yang Zi, also known as Levin Zi, is from Levin, Hebei Province. He studied Liu Ti under the guidance of strict father since childhood, and began to love Mao Zedong's writing style in his youth. At the beginning of 1960s, he devoted himself to copying "learning from Comrade Lei Feng", "Nankai University" and later hair ink. Since then, learning Mao calligraphy has become a hobby, and a large number of Mao calligraphy posts and related books have been collected. Due to the busy work and great changes in the environment, the main form is reading posts. In 2007, he participated in the first National Mao Style Calligraphy Competition and won the titles of Top 100, Top 30 and Top 10 successively. Now he is the vice chairman of Chinese Hairstyle Calligraphers Association, honorary president of Hong Kong Chinese Artists Association, member of International Celebrity Encyclopedia and member of Book Association of Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Won the gold medal of the 6th "Shengshi China Cup" and was awarded the title of "Elite of Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Art". China's contemporary well-known "Five Elders" model public welfare project was awarded the title of "Charity Ambassador". The National Anthem won the highest prize in the national competition of 4,500 calligraphers of different styles, and was awarded the title of "Pioneer of National Art". In the National Calligraphy Competition to commemorate the 90th anniversary of the founding of the Party and the 100th anniversary of the Revolution of 1911, he won the gold medal, and was awarded the "Chinese Art Lifetime Achievement Award" by the joint exhibition and invitation exhibition. Sunset Red Cross-Strait Famous Works Exhibition won gold medal and went to Hong Kong and Taiwan to exchange calligraphy and was awarded the title of "Cross-Strait Cultural Ambassador".

1965年1月毕业于南开大学外国语言文学系并同时参军到国防部外事局做翻译、参谋工作20年。其中,参加坦桑尼亚军训团,七机部军管会,赞比亚军事顾问团,巴基斯坦军专组工作。参与处理西沙之战美俘问题。在日内瓦联合国代表团同传一个月。在北大国际政治系进修,主学列宁的帝国主义论、民族解放运动史和国际共运史。在中央党校总参分校学习半年,主学中共党史和政治经济学。 参加外交部国家元首代表团军事人员接待工作。为当时中央领导人翻译多次。为多国国防部长、总司令、总参谋长访华翻译、参谋工作。参加1978-85年间内国际军体理事会大多数执委会和代表大会。在北京举办代表大会期间,参与组织中-英-法-西-阿五频道同声传译,效果甚佳,也是中国首次成功。
