张传斌  浙江瑞安人，自幼酷爱书法，师从北京国内艺术界泰斗陈瑛先生。

现为中国书画摄影家协会理事、培训中心教授、一级书法师；中国黑山·张三丰故里书画院荣誉顾问、客座教授；中国文艺家网书画教苑特级书法导师；华夏世纪名家书画院艺术顾问；中国文艺家网书画委员会常务理事；北京翰卿书画院常务理事；羲之书画报当代艺苑专刊主任创作委员；中国楹联学会书法艺术研究员；中华国礼中心特邀书画名家；张氏书画院院长。
