庞德强，汉族，1961年2月生于四川阆中，中共党员，大学学历。艺术兼职:中国立体书法创始人(国家版权认证)，国家一级书法师，国家教育联盟终身客座教授，中国教育电视台水墨丹青书家，中国书协会员，新疆书协会员，国家人事部国家人才网入录专家，英国皇家艺术研究院终身荣誉院士、客座教授，伊犁州书协副主席。现任新疆尼勒克县文联副主席兼秘书长。

主要获奖与荣誉称号：2014年，15年分别获“世界文化名人”，联合国中华文化突出贡献奖,2015联合国中华文化传播大使。2016年1月获央视等单位举办的“搜星中国”全国青少年2016央视春晚书法“最佳创作奖”。２０１６年１２月作品参展国家画院人民艺术家成果汇报展，２０１７年１月、2019年1月参加中国教育电视台“泼墨中华情”节目录制，2017年５月，作品入录全国中小学生《书法美术教材》，8月参加了北京２１届国际艺博会。11月，立体书发代表作《龙》刻入八达岭长城景区路西拨子段，并由中国新长城组委会发布新闻，正式向全球开放。2019年5月作品入录中国邮政总公司庆祝建国70周年专题纪念邮册《一带一路   共建繁荣》《中国当代书法名家·庞德强》邮册。
