孟培生，1937年生，云南省陆良县人，中专文化，退休干部。

Meng Peisheng, born in 1937, native of Luliang County, Yunnan Province, secondary school culture, retired cadre.

1956——1976年在部队工作，1977——1996年在企业工作,1996年退休后专心研习书法至今。现为中国书法家协会会员，中国艺术品收藏协会会员，三希堂国际书画研究会终身会员，中企报盟信息科学研究院“艺术资本”会员，中国国家书画院副主席，中华书画学会副主席，中国民族建筑研究院书画艺术专业委员会理事会副主席，颜真卿书画研究院名誉院长。

Worked in the army from 1956 to 1976, worked in enterprises from 1977 to 1996, and has been studying calligraphy since his retirement in 1996. He is currently a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, a member of the China Art Collection Association, a lifetime member of the Sanxitang International Painting and Calligraphy Research Association, a member of the "Art Capital" of the Information Science Research Institute of the China Enterprise Newspaper Alliance, the vice chairman of the National Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and the vice of the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Society Chairman, Vice Chairman of the Board of Painting and Calligraphy Professional Committee of China National Architectural Research Institute, Honorary President of Yan Zhenqing Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute.

书法作品多以自作诗联为载体，多次入选国内外大型书法展，赛，获等级奖多项，入编优秀典籍多部。获奖作品被有关部、院、馆收藏。

Calligraphy works are mostly based on self-made poetry couplets, and have been selected for large-scale calligraphy exhibitions at home and abroad. The winning works are collected by the relevant departments, institutes and museums.

2013年被评为《文化人物》载入飞天奖特刊封面人物，2014年接受央视电教中心《名家讲座》主持人采访，2015年应邀参加当代最具贡献书画家献礼《大阅兵》出版个人专集，2016年应邀参加新闻人物献礼全国两会多家媒体报道，获书画界新闻人物金色匾牌，2018年由北京华艺书画院出版青花瓷个人精品专集，被华夏翰墨文化传媒评为《艺术之星》，2018年中国书画年度人物，同年被邀参加新文艺群体中国国家书画名家作品展，翰墨传奇全国书画名家作品展，企业文化交流网纪念改革开放40周年作品展均受好评，被重点推荐在环球艺术与英国画家达芬奇同时被中外书画名家世纪收藏，在中国文化出版社出版的聚焦2018中国梦，2019年迎春书画精品特刊上与范迪安，欧阳中石，沈鹏，韩美琳同时入编《收藏指南》。

2019年，庆祝中华人民共和国成立70周年与欧阳中石、韩美琳、孙其峰本人被中国集邮总公司特邀出版伟大历程，中华复兴大型文献珍藏邮册。2019年同年参加中国网络资讯台，艺术频道，国内顶级书画大师全球巡展被评为特等奖。
