梁起华，男，1940年生，山西文水人，笔名东风，中共党员，大学学历。

Liang Qihua, male, born in 1940, Wenshui people in Shanxi, a pseudonym Dongfeng, a member of the Communist Party of China and a college degree。

现为中国书法家协会会员、中国硬笔书协会员、中国老年书画协会会员、中国书画家学会理事、山西省书协会员、中国国学学会顾问、长沙羲之国际艺术中心客座教授、国际中华艺术家协会首席专家顾问、中国民族文化研究院终生顾问、中国民族文艺家协会终身常务副会长、中国美术学会副主席、北京宋庄国际书画院终身院长、世界杰出华人联合协会副主席、中国书画名家研究会专职副会长、世界教科文卫组织副主席、中国当代艺术协会终身名誉主席。被文化部认可为国家一级书法师，享受政府津贴。

Recognized as a national calligrapher by the Ministry of Culture and enjoying government subsidies.

被国际羲之、颜真卿、王铎故里、郑州翰墨、武汉江夏、江苏江都、河南东坡、山东现代、中华国际、人民书画院、北京国艺粹宝、深圳艺海夕阳、中国八一画院、北京墨都、北京华兴、北京聚缘国际艺术中心、长沙羲之国际艺术中心、当代中老年书画院、中国金陵印社、北京艺海丹青书画院，二十家书画院聘为“名誉院长”。

By international Xizhi, Yan Zhenqing, Wang Duo's hometown, Zhengzhou Hanmo, Wuhan Jiangxia, Jiangsu Jiangdu, Henan Dongpo, Shandong modern, China International, people's Academy of calligraphy and painting, Beijing national art treasure, Shenzhen Yihai sunset, China Bayi Academy of painting, Beijing moudu, Beijing Huaxing, Beijing Juyuan International Art Center, Changsha Xizhi International Art Center, Contemporary Middle-aged and elderly calligraphy and Painting Institute, China Gold Lingyin society, Beijing Yihai Danqing calligraphy and painting academy, and 20 calligraphy and painting academies were employed as "Honorary Presidents".

书法作品多次参赛获金、银、铜等奖，并在国内、美国、日本、韩国、越南、新加坡、加拿大、德国、菲律宾、法国、蒙古、巴西等国外12个国家展出。部分作品被国家文物局、中国书画藏典协会等150家单位永久收藏。有的作品被庐山碑林、汝州市碑林、潍坊国际艺术泰斗碑廊刊石立碑，千古流芳。

Calligraphy works have won gold, silver, and bronze awards for many times, and have been exhibited in 12 countries including China, the United States, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Singapore, Canada, Germany, the Philippines, France, Mongolia, and Brazil. Some works have been permanently collected by 150 units such as the State Administration of Cultural Relics and the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Collection Association. Some works have been erected by Lushan Stele Forest, Ruzhou Stele Forest, and Weifang International Art Taidou Bei Gallery.

其业绩已载入《中国艺术名家》、《新中国书法家选集》等174部著名书画集。发表书法论文五篇。出版毛泽东诗词、唐宋诗词、“草书千字文”、“草书三字经”个人书法集四册，被多家全国性书画大赛组委会、评委会授予“中国当代杰出书画名家”、“世界杰出华人”、“世界教科文卫组织首席艺术家”、荣获“文化部中国文联国家艺术大师”最佳创作奖、“神笔传奇艺术家”、“中华当代书法泰斗”等荣誉称号。

His achievements have been included in 174 famous calligraphy and painting collections such as "Chinese Artists" and "Selected Works of New Chinese Calligraphers". Published five calligraphy papers. Published four volumes of Mao Zedong's poems, Tang and Song poems, "Thousand Characters of Cursive Calligraphy" and "Three Characters of Cursive Calligraphy", and was awarded "Chinese Contemporary Outstanding Calligraphers and Calligraphers" and "World Outstanding Calligraphers" by the organizing committees and jury of many national calligraphy and calligraphy contests "Chinese", "Chief Artist of World UNESCO," won the "Best Artistic Award of the National Art Master of the Chinese Federation of Cultural Affairs", "Saga Legend Artist", "Chinese Contemporary Calligraphy" and other honorary titles.

本人传略编入发行《世界名人录》、《中国专家人名辞典》、《世界优秀专家人才名典》、《世界人物辞海》、《中华名人格言》《世界华人艺术领袖》等大型辞典中。
