罗维存先生，笔名罗飞，号耕云，雁鸣斋主又号古稀雁翁，毕业于中国书画函授大学。国家一级美术师，号称北雁王。现任中国当代艺术家协会辽宁分会理事、辽宁美术家协会会员、沈阳美术家协会会员、世界教科文卫组织专家成员、国际文艺界联合会国际委员会主席团成员、国际中国美术家协会理事、亚洲书法家联合会理事、中国北京宋庄国际书画院终身院长、中国历史博物馆画廊艺术委员会委员、中国柳倩艺术研究学院特聘教授、北京中国书画研究院荣誉院长、中国国画院副院长、中国书画收藏研究院理事。被香港国际ISO9000A书画艺术家资格认证中心聘为副主席兼评审委员，中国文学艺术工作者联合会副主席。作品多次被邀请赴美国、巴西、俄罗斯、澳大利亚、马来西亚、新加坡、韩国、日本和港台地区展出，获“世界美术大奖勋章”及“二十世纪中日书画名匠勋章”。荣获世界教科文卫组织授予首批贡献专家金色勋章。2008年6月在辽宁凤凰饭店举办个人画展，2008只栩栩如生的鸿雁50米长卷献礼北京奥运获得轰动、影响深远，得到国内外书画界同行和专家的赞赏，好评如潮。著名书法大家、鉴赏家王梦赓先生欣然为此卷提拔，鉴定此卷极具收藏价值，成为感动中国艺术人物。

Mr. Luo Weicun, pen name Luo Fei, No. Gengyun, Yan Mingzhai and Gu Yan Yan Weng, graduated from the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Correspondence University. National first-level artist, known as the King of North Yan. He is currently a member of the Liaoning Branch of the Chinese Contemporary Artists Association, a member of the Liaoning Artists Association, a member of the Shenyang Artists Association, an expert member of UNESCO, a member of the Bureau of the International Committee of the International Federation of Literary and Art Circles, a director of the International Association of Chinese Artists, and an association of Asian calligraphers Council Member, Lifetime Dean of Songzhuang International Painting and Calligraphy Institute, Beijing, China, Member of the Art Committee of China History Museum Gallery, Distinguished Professor of China Liuqian Art Research Institute, Honorary Dean of Beijing Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Research Institute, Deputy Dean of China Painting Academy, Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Collection Director of the Institute. He was hired as the vice chairman and jury member of Hong Kong International ISO9000A Painting and Calligraphy Artist Certification Center, and the vice chairman of China Federation of Literary and Artistic Workers. His works have been invited to exhibit in the United States, Brazil, Russia, Australia, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, Japan, Hong Kong and Taiwan, and won the "World Medal of Fine Arts Award" and "20th Century Chinese and Japanese Painting and Calligraphy Medal". Won the golden medal awarded by the first group of experts for contribution by UNESCO. In June 2008, a personal art exhibition was held at the Phoenix Hotel in Liaoning. The 2008 lifelike 50-meter scroll of the wild geese was presented as a sensation and a far-reaching influence.
