白小乐,男,1941年生,河北省博野县白庄村人。六十年代由高教部派往法国巴黎留学。曾任中国社会科学院院刊主编、欧美同学会总会理事。长期从艺于北京中国书画协会,任职常务理事、副秘书长。该组织成立于1954年,由张伯驹、吴晗、齐白石、徐悲鸿先生组建,张伯驹任会长。

现为中国文联书画艺术创作委员会副会长、国家一级书法师,中国书法家协会会员。自幼喜爱书法艺术,从艺途径主要是在前辈书法家指导下临写名帖名篇,将前人的书法技艺融入自己的创作中,不断探索属于自己的书法艺术风格

 在几十年的磨练中,取得了一些成绩,荣获全国书(画)比赛金奖等各类奖项数十次。2017年被CCTV《中国世纪大采风》组委会授予“中国当代最具影响力书画家”称号; 2019年被CCTV《全球华夏之星春节联欢晚会》组委会授予“最具艺术造诣书法家”称号

出版的专著有:《情系玫瑰泉》、《追梦的人》、《草堂沉思录》、《诗风墨韵》;发表的书论有:《书法艺术国之瑰宝》、《学书在法其妙在人》、《草书妙处口述难详》、《最好的名片是作品》、《一门返璞归真的新兴艺术--中华地书风范漫谈》;出版的邮册:中国邮政《一带一路·新丝绸之路上的艺术大使一一白小乐个人艺术展》、美国集邮《中美杰出华人艺术家白小乐美国邮册限量珍藏版》等

Bai Xiaole, male, born in 1941, from Baizhuang Village, Boye County, Hebei Province. In the 1960s, he was sent by the Ministry of Higher Education to study in Paris, France. He was the editor-in-chief of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and a member of the European and American Homecoming Association. He has worked for a long time in Beijing Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Association, serving as executive director and deputy secretary general. The organization was established in 1954 by Zhang Boju, Wu Han, Qi Baishi and Xu Beihong, with Zhang Boju as its president. He is currently the vice chairman of the Chinese Federation of Literature and Art, the national first-class calligrapher, and a member of the Chinese Calligrapher's Association. He loved calligraphy art from an early age. He wrote famous posts and articles under the guidance of senior calligraphers. He integrated the former calligraphy skills into his own creation and continuously explored his own calligraphy art style. After decades of training, he has made some achievements and won dozens of gold medals and other awards in national book (painting) competitions. In 2017, he was awarded the title of "the most influential contemporary calligrapher and painter in China" by the CCTV Organizing Committee of "China's Great Harvest of the Century". In 2019, he was awarded the title of "calligrapher with the most artistic attainments" by the organizing Committee of CCTV's "global Huaxia star spring festival gala" Published monographs include: Rose Spring in Love, Dreamers, Meditation in Cottage, and Poetic Style Mo Yun.
