张延德教授,湖北宜昌人。生于1962年3月,毕业于北京光明中医学院、中医专业。任职北京齐天中医院院长。系北大中医健康方向客座教授、中国医药教育协会军地医学人才教育中心特聘教授、全国军地中医药特色技术优秀传承人、中医师。长年为社会民众医治妇科、儿科奇难病症、不孕不育症、危症、癌症。著《妇儿论治》《防癌治癌神奇的中医中药》专著深受读者好评,并获2004年度学人著作金像奖。张延德教授是我国中医界、针灸界专家,又是辟谷养生千日的实践者。真不愧是中华儿女精英典范和骄敖!

尿克调理糖尿病540例观察

糖尿病是一种严重危害身体健康的病症之一,往往会并发或继发多种疾病。因此,有效防治糖尿病显得十分重要。笔者采用北京药上中医医学研究院研制尿克调理该病540例,取得了满意的疗效。现报告如下:

临床资料

540例患者均为门诊病人,皆按世界卫生组织糖尿病专家委员会提议,1980年全国糖尿病会议采纳的诊断标准确诊。全部为Ⅱ型糖尿病患者。其中女性200例,男性340例,年龄为30-65岁;病程短者3年,最长者25年,占70%有种种慢性合并症。

调理方法

所有患者均控制饮食,以尿克为基础,对症加减;若见肢体麻木疼痛,舌质暗或瘀斑加红花、桃仁、丹参10克。头晕痛加天麻,钩藤10克;困倦乏力气短加党参、黄芪、黄精10克;口干多饮加花粉、石斛、黄精15克。

调理效果

显效(经三个月,空腹血糖降至正常者320例,有效)症状减轻。空腹血糖降至8.3mm01/L以下者180例,无效40例。

经典病例

病例一:患者某某,女,56岁,湖北人。(工作单位:湖北省孝感市废旧物资回收公司),初诊时间:1980年8月5日,同济医院,确诊为糖尿病Ⅱ型。曾在湖北多家医院医治,未见明显疗效,病程15年,卧床不起,老伴叫车送到我处就诊,现症:神志淡漠,心慌气短,乏力倦怠,双颊异样潮红,小便失禁,体态异常消瘦,(40kg)脉沉细弱,双目视网膜严重脱落,右下肢疽变、伴随肺炎、支气管炎、曾有昏迷史。查体:腹血糖19.7mm01/L,糖耐量2n试验26.5mm01/L,糖化血红蛋白19%,血压190/110mm/Hg。总胆固醇8.5mm01/L,尿糖++++,西医诊断:糖尿病Ⅱ型。并发眼部,呼吸系统,泌尿系统病变,皮肤感染。中医诊断:消渴病兼症期,辩证:气血阴阳俱虚,痰湿淤郁互结。立法:益气养阴,通经活血。予以尿克每次10克,日三次,一个月后,血、尿糖明显降低,下肢疽变渐好;二个月后,而尿糖稳定,乏力倦怠症状消失,小便控制在九次左右,体重上升3kg;三个月后,血糖稳定,临床症状基本消失,下肢疽变痊愈,支气管炎、肺炎明显好转,视网膜不再脱落,体重增至50kg,服药期间未见昏迷等异常反应,临床获满意疗效,判为显效。

病症二:患者某某,男,50岁,北京人。初诊日期1995年10月11日。主因:体重不明原因下降,浑身乏力。特别是双腿酸软无力,伴多饮、多食、多尿,被确诊为糖尿病Ⅱ型。在北京多家医院医治9个月,主要用药为注射胰岛素,病症未有明显改善,逐来就诊。现症:心悸气短,口干自汗,乏力倦怠,尿量增加,饮水,饭量增多,消瘦,舌质发红。脉象沉细弱,伴有皮肤瘙痒,视力下降。查体:空腹血糖13.5mm01/L,糖耐量2n试验16.3mm01/L,糖化红蛋白15%,血压180/107mm/Hg,总胆固醇7.8mm01/L,尿糖++。西医诊断:糖尿病、非胰岛素依赖型。中医诊断:消渴症。辩证:起因梁旭挟瘀症。立法:益气养阴,活血清热。予以尿克每次10克,日3次。服药一周后,皮肤瘙痒症有所减轻;一月后,三多一少症状明显改善,乏力症状也有有转;三个月后,血糖、尿糖均正常,临床症状基本消失,体重增10kg,停药3周后,血、尿糖未见反弹,复查血、尿、肝常规,肝、肾功能及血脂,均未见异常。服药期间未见异常不良反应。临床获满意疗效,判为显效。

5.体会

祖国医学认为,糖尿病的成因虽与饮食所伤,情志失调,姿情纵欲有关,但原本在与肾虚。糖尿病患病率,至45-65岁达高峰,中医学认为,肾与神经、内分泌、免疫有密切关系。而糖尿病内分泌系统就是肾亏的一种形式,致病机理为燥热伤阴,阴虚火盛,进而耗损五脏,其病阴虚为本,燥热为标,故在治疗上立足于滋阴养肾,尿克为滋养肾阴的代表方,虽名称简单,却组方研制严谨,配伍寓有深意。临床实践观察证明,尿克对糖尿病疗效显著:并有巩固疗效而无副作用,尿克为治疗糖尿病开辟了一条新途径具有较大的临床使用及开发价值。

NIAOKE, recuperation, diabetes 540 cases observed National Diabetes Expert Research and Cooperation members, Zhang yande-15910531101 diabetes is a serious harm to health, one of the diseases, often complications or secondary diseases. The author used Beijing Academy of Traditional Chinese medicine to develop 540 cases of NIAOKE recuperation of the disease, and achieved satisfactory results. The clinical data of 540 outpatients were all diagnosed according to the diagnostic criteria adopted by the National Diabetes Conference in 1980 as proposed by the World Health Organization Expert Committee on Diabetes. All had type 2 diabetes. Among them, 200 were female, 340 male, aged 30-65 years, the course of disease was short 3 years, the longest 25 years, accounting for 70% . 2, conditioning methods all patients are controlled diet, based on urine grams, symptomatic addition and subtraction; if see limb numbness and pain, tongue dark or petechiae plus safflower, peach kernel, Salvia 10 grams. Traditional Chinese Medicine Diagnosis: Diabetes and symptoms phase, dialectical: Qi and Blood Yin and Yang all deficiency, phlegm-dampness stasis mutual knot.
